Both Screen-Printing and Embroidery are great ways to decorate your garment, and they both have their advantages. While the option you choose is a matter of personal taste, some garments definitely lend themselves better to one form of decoration over the other. For each product in our shop, we will give you the option to obtain a quote for both methods so you can compare pricing. If a garment is NOT recommended for Printing or Embroidery, that option will be subject to advise.
Screen-Printing
Durable: Long gone are the days when you had to worry about a printed image washing off, peeling, or fading. Our Screen Printing is done to last, and will withstand years of repeated washings and wearings.
Cost-Effective: In many cases, Screen Printing is more cost-effective than Embroidery.
Embroidery
Very Durable: Embroidered images are sewn right on to the garment, so they’re there forever.
Garment Types: More suitable for certain garment types such as Outerwear, Headwear, Polar Fleece, and Business Wear.
Definitely. We can embroider names, numbers, team positions or whatever at a nominal charge per unit. Please let one of our friendly Customer Service Reps know what you have in mind, and we can walk you through your options and pricing.
Yes. It makes perfect sense that some garments will look better with one thread colour and other garments will look better with a second thread colour. Our policy is to offer the first Thread Colour Change at no charge. There is a nominal charge for each subsequent thread colour change. One of our friendly Customer Service Reps will be happy to discuss this further with you.
Yes and No. Embroidery thread comes in a rainbow of colours which may or may not correlate exactly with standard Pantone Numbers. But we’ve never come across a colour that we couldn’t match with reasonable accuracy.
While many of our premium print advertising products have minimum order requirements for cost-efficiency, we also offer several items with no minimum order limits. You can order exactly the quantity you need for products like Fleet Numbering, Retractable Banners, and Reflectives. Check the individual product page for specific quantity options and pricing tiers.
